1. How can I login in to my HalaPlay account?
1.1 I don’t have HalaPlay account how can I access my new account with LA credentials?
A. If you have registered on LeagueAdda using an email address: A new password has been sent to your registered email address or you can directly reset your password using the forgot password link. You can then enter your new password and start playing on HalaPlay.
B. If you’re registered using Facebook or Google Plus on LA you can login directly using Continue with Facebook/ Google to access your account.
1.2 I am already a user of HalaPlay, how can I access my LA balance?
Case 1: If I have registered with same email id and mobile number on LA and HalaPlay.
Both LA & HalaPlay accounts will be merged. Your Winnings, Deposit & Bonus will be transferred and merged with your HalaPlay account.
Case 2: I have registered with the same email id in HalaPlay & LeagueAdda but different mobile numbers
Your account will be merged based on the email id and your registered mobile number on HalaPlay will be considered and linked to it. Your Winnings, Deposit & Bonus will be transferred and merged with your HalaPlay account.
Case 3: I have registered with the same mobile number in HalaPlay & LeagueAdda but my email id is not registered on HalaPlay.
Your account will be merged based on your mobile number and your registered email id on HalaPlay will be considered. Your Winnings, Deposit & Bonus will be transferred and merged with your HalaPlay account.
In all such case you there will be a new transaction present in your transaction history by the name of bonus added by HalaPlay. It will show the total amount has been added to your account, a sum of 3 heads – Bonus, winnings and Deposit.

2. Will I need to re verify my HalaPlay account?
Case 1: If you are a new user on HalaPlay the account verification details (mobile, Email and PAN) given on LA will be added to your HalaPlay account and there is no need for further verification.
Case 2: In case you already have an account on HalaPlay and had a verified LA account you will need to re-verify the details again on HalaPlay.
