Rangers have grabbed the third semifinal spot in Vincy T10 Carnival. And, now three teams – Divers, Explorers, and Strikers – are in the fray for the fourth semifinal spot.
Hikers vs Strikers
Strikers have to beat Hikers by a big margin and should hope Divers and Explorers suffer heavy defeat to have a chance of making it to the last four. They kept their slim semifinal hopes alive after a 17-run win over Explorers. Olanzo Bellingy (BAT), 32 runs off 18 balls, Ronald Scott (BAT), 26* runs off 10 balls, and Chelson Stowe (ALLR), 3/24, set up Strikers’ first win. Kirton Lavia (ALLR) added 11* runs to the total and finished with 1/7 in two overs.
Meanwhile, Hikers will be hoping to seal the top spot in the table after claiming their sixth win in the tournament. The Derson Maloney-led side crushed Rangers by eight wickets thanks to Kimson Dalzell (BWL), 3/12, and Othneil Lewis (BWL), 2/11. Salvan Brown (WK), Tilron Harry (BAT), Dillon Douglas (ALLR), and Derson Maloney (BAT) made double-digit scores to register a comfortable win for Hikers.

Divers vs Rangers
Divers need to win their last game to seal their place in the Vincy T10 semifinal. They suffered a narrow five-run defeat at the hands of Breakers on Thursday. Chasing 93, Asif Hooper (ALLR) gave a good start for Divers, scoring 24 runs off 15 balls but a rare failure for Alex Samuel (BAT) and some fine bowling left Divers five runs short.
Despite suffering a huge defeat, Rangers clinched a Vincy T10 semifinal spot thanks to Divers and Explorers failing to win their respective matches on Thursday. Rangers could only post 79 in their 10 overs and the marquee player Kesrick Williams (BWL) scored 30 runs off 13 balls. Romel Currency (BAT) added 16 runs off 8 balls, while Kenneth Dember (ALLR) scored 13 off 12 balls. But Hikers chased down the target with 16 balls to spare. Romario Bibby (BWL) picked up both the wickets for Rangers.

Breakers vs Explorers
Breakers clinched a thrilling win over Divers to remain top of the table. Urnel Thomas (BAT), 32 runs off 21 balls, and Kadir Nedd (BAT), 25 runs off 22 balls, helped the league leaders post 92 against Divers. The Breakers bowlers picked up wickets at regular intervals and successfully defended the target. Delorn Johnson (BWL) picked up two wickets, while Benniton Stapleton (BWL), Javid Harry (BWL) and Jeremy Layne (ALLR).
Explorers, meanwhile, have to beat Breakers and need Rangers to do them a favour to grab a semifinal spot. They lost by 17 runs against Strikers on Thursday. The Explorers bowlers let the Strikers opening duo score at a brisk pace, and conceded 92 runs in 10 overs. But while chasing, the batsmen struggled to put together a big partnership and could only manage 75 runs. Kody Horne (BAT) top scored with 19* runs off 13 balls.
